On 31 August 2016, the 36th Ordinary meeting of the Summit of the Heads of State and Government of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) was closed in Swaziland. SADC Executive Secretary, Her Excellency Dr. Stergomena Lawrence Tax delivered the Summit Communiqué, which among others touched the Lesotho current political issues.
