Recently, some local newspapers have reported a piece of news regarding a businessman named Yan Xie, which contains misleading information. The Embassy would make the following clarification.

Yan Xie doesn't hold Chinese Nationality. No Chinese citizens,companies or investors here in Lesotho are involved in Yan Xie’s business activities.

The Embassy always urges the Chinese companies in Lesotho to act in accordance with law and will continue making contributions to the development of China-Lesotho Bilateral relations.
