On 31st August, H.E. Mr. Lei Kezhong, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the Kingdom of Lesotho attended the official opening ceremony of Khosatsana M'aseeiso Memorial Multi-Purpose Hall of the Moshoeshoe II High School, His Majesty King Letsie III, Her Majetsy Queen 'Masenate Mohato Seeiso, His Royal Highness Principal Chief of Matsieng Prince Seeiso Bereng Seeiso, Hon. Mokhele Moletsane, Minister of Justice, Human Rights and Correctional Services, Representatives of Donors, teachers and students from Moshoeshoe II High School attended the event.
In his remarks, His Majesty King Letsie III extended sincere appreciation to the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Kingdom of Lesotho for its generous assistance to the construction of the Khosatsana 'M'aseeiso Memorial Multi-Purpose Hall, and spoke highly of the China-Lesotho friendship and practical cooperation. Hon. Moletsane stressed that the government of Lesotho attached great importance and looked forward to the strengthening of educational exchange and cooperation with China.
After the ceremony, His Majesty King Letsie III invited Ambassador Lei to a luncheon at the Royal Residence in Matsieng.
